Welcome to Asif Studio

Asif Studio is a premium creative space designed to inspire expression, storytelling, and high-quality content creation.

Our studio is open to all—brands, creatives, photographers, videographers, and individuals—seeking a refined, versatile environment to bring their ideas to life.

We are committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and elevated space that supports creativity while upholding a professional standard for every guest.

By confirming a booking at Asif Studio, you (the “Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking & Payments

  • Reservation: All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation to secure your slot.
  • Last-Minute Bookings: Our online calendar accepts bookings up to 24 hours in advance. For same-day or last-minute bookings, please contact us directly to confirm availability.
  • Session Window: Your hire period begins at the scheduled start time and ends at the scheduled finish time. This includes your setup and pack-down time.
  • Late Arrival: Late arrival does not extend your session time.
  • Overtime: Any session exceeding the booked period by more than 15 minutes will be charged at a flat rate of £30 per 30 minutes.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • 7+ Days Notice: Full refund or one-time complimentary reschedule.
  • 48 Hours – 7 Days Notice: 50% refund or reschedule subject to a £25 admin fee.
  • Under 48 Hours: No refunds or rescheduling permitted.

3. Studio Use & Access

  • 5-Corner Access: Your booking includes access to all curated “looks/corners” within the studio.
  • Furniture & Layout: Please do not move large furniture without assistance.
  • Clean Slate Policy: The studio must be returned in its original condition. Any excessive mess, stains, or damage will incur a cleaning/repair fee starting from £50.
  • Time Discipline: Clients must vacate the studio promptly at the end of their session. Cleaning and packing time must be within your booking period.

4. Equipment

  • Studio hire includes access to furniture and lighting equipment.
  • Podcast/audio equipment is not provided.
  • Any damage caused to studio equipment through misuse will be charged at full repair or replacement cost.

5. Studio Rules & Restrictions

  • No animals or pets allowed.
  • Children under 18 must be supervised at all times.
  • Strictly no smoking or vaping within the premises.
  • Glitter, confetti, smoke machines, and unsealed liquids are prohibited.
  • No nails, screws, tape, or adhesives are to be used on walls, floors, or furniture without prior approval.

6. Studio Cleanliness & Care

  • ⁠No shoes are permitted on rugs. Clients must ensure footwear is clean or use the shoe covers provided.
  • Food and drinks are allowed in designated areas only. Spills must be cleaned immediately.
  • Standing on furniture or marking walls is strictly prohibited.
  • Clients are expected to respect the design and aesthetic of the studio at all times.

7. Capacity

  • The studio accommodates 5–8 guests comfortably.
  • Additional guests must be approved in advance and may incur an extra charge.

8. Weekend Bookings

  • Weekend sessions are available.
  • A member of the Asif Studio team will meet you on arrival to provide access and a brief induction.

9. Facilities & Additional Spaces

  • Kitchenette: Available for light use. Please clean up after use.
  • Toilet Facilities: Available to all guests.
  • Changing Area: A designated changing space is available for outfit changes and styling.
  • Office Space: A private office space is available for hire—ideal for meetings, consultations, or for use by makeup artists and stylists accompanying your session.
  • Parking: Complimentary on-site parking is available. Vehicles and their contents are left at the owner’s risk.

10. Mini-Events

  • The studio is provided as a dry hire space.
  • Additional décor, seating, or setup must be provided by the Client.
  • All large waste and catering materials must be removed after use.
  • Sale of alcohol requires a Temporary Event Notice (TEN), to be shared at least 48 hours prior.

11. Damage Deposit

  • A refundable damage deposit of up to £100 may be required at our discretion depending on the nature of the booking and must be paid prior to the session.
  • This will be returned within 48 hours after your session, subject to inspection.

12. CCTV & Security

  • CCTV is in operation within the premises for security and safety purposes.
  • Any misuse of the space, breach of rules, or damage will be reviewed accordingly.

13. Use of Space & Liability

  • All Clients and guests use the studio entirely at their own risk.
  • Asif Studio accepts no responsibility for any injury, accident, loss, or damage sustained during the hire period, except where required by law.
  • Clients are responsible for ensuring that all guests behave safely and comply with all studio rules.

14. Indemnity

  • The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Asif Studio against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the use of the studio by the Client or their guests.

15. Third-Party Responsibility

  • The Client is fully responsible for the actions and conduct of all guests, contractors, and third parties attending the booking.

16. External Equipment

  • Any external equipment brought into the studio is at the Client’s own risk.
  • Asif Studio is not responsible for any damage, malfunction, or injury caused by third-party equipment.

17. On-Site Alteration Support

  • Minor alteration and emergency garment adjustments may be available on-site.
  • This service is subject to availability and will incur an additional fee.
  • Clients are advised to notify us in advance where possible.

18. Noise & Conduct

  • Noise levels must be kept reasonable at all times.
  • Any complaints from neighbouring units may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
  • We reserve the right to terminate any session without refund if behaviour is deemed unsafe, illegal, or disrespectful. All payments made will be forfeited.
  • Failure to comply with these terms may result in additional charges where applicable.

19. Personal Property

  • Asif Studio is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
  • ⁠Items left behind may be held for up to 7 days, after which they may be disposed of.

20. Content Usage

  • By booking, you grant Asif Studio permission to repost or share content created within the space for marketing purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing.

Asif Studio is a curated creative environment. We kindly ask all clients to treat the space with care and respect.
